    See from 3Y that new CEO was awarded 82,245 RSUs and he has immediately converted to CDIs on the ASX - I assume that as an award that he does not pay the stated consideration of A$481,770 out of his pocket but this is part of his remuneration package - quite something when he only started on 1 August and is yet to be proven in his role and the performance of the stock is underwhelming. I could not see any details of the CEO's compensation released to the market - has anyone seen it in any announcements /releases?
