Agree 100% rwe1964. All pipeline work will happen IMO simply due to the partnerships the team have set up. All have a lot at stake and will not let this opportunity go by. Even more so than before as any potential competitors could be washed out or severely hampered by the current credit issues, not to mention shareholders reluctance to help raise money in the current climate.
They will take this opportunity, as should those with strong cash positions, to gain additional market share and cement their markets for the future. Some see these times as opportunity and others, while unfortunate, will fail.
