Has there been any mention of what profit % the PLA would receive for allowing mining to continue? I was just reading through some old news articles about the re-opening which said they would expect the mine to benefit the miner and the landowners equally. I assume this won't happen, considering BCL only had to contribute around 1%.
And what impact would we expect the women to have in opposing the mine re-opening? It looks like the PLA will be pushing to re-open the mine regardless, so is there a chance of recurring civil wars as we have seen in the past if this goes ahead?
I am interested to see how this plays out.
