RTG received an MPSA !

The link above from the DENR website confirms that Mt Labo Exploration and Development Company received an MPSA on 28/6/2016



In other words, our Nalesbitan Project which is only 15km from our flagship asset Mabilo, received a mining permit in June of 2016 !



A month later Mabilo received it's ECC and would have been on the cusp of receiving it's MPSA also, right before Gina was appointed

I heard at the time they were trying to rush through the Mabilo MPSA before Gina possibly was appointed, but at no stage was it announced or confirmed that Nalesbitan had received an MPSA

I believe the company didn't announce this as they were likely awaiting to get the MPSA for Mabilo and announce as one. Unfortunately Gina got in, and so I believe they are now in the midst of seeking to have the two (2) tenements consolidated given their proximity to each other, which would in effect grant Mabilo an MPSA

Guessing their reason for not announcing is they have not been named at all, are not on her radar and if they can stay off it and have the tenements consolidated, it is a huge win !

Regardless, this is massive material news IMO

I have written to the ASX querying whether the company is allowed to withhold such information

I am sure if punters knew we had an MPSA already and were seeking to consolidate Nalesbitan and Mabilo, and that Haines actually didn't dump stock but transferred to himself, it would be a totally different picture and stock price - but the company has not confirmed any of this publicly and we are being dumped at all time lows

It is unbelievable actually - they may have their tactical reasons for not announcing, but that is not good enough IMO
