Do you believe if Mabilo was to get an MPSA the JV partner would continue with arbitration ?

I think he is only doing it being predatory whilst we can't mine and trying to drain us of funds

If Gina goes and it gets a license, is he going to play "whose got the bigger warchest" and continue with arbitration, waste $M's on legal instead of in the ground and miss out on years of DSO cashflow ? I really can't see the upside to him then ...

If Gina got approved, his plan might work as he may be patient and happy to sit on the asset for 10 years

If she goes and Mabilo gets an MPSA, he'd be a fool to not settle
