@vontrader - only end game is important to him imo. MPSA irrelevant. I suspect he will continue to keep frustrating, antagonising, blocking, etc. and won't stop until he has control (or gets a very large payment). I suspect he can play the waiting game...its a family empire...younger offspring waiting in the wings...nice nest egg for the kids...no hurry on his part. ... Just my (rather depressing) musings.... gotta catch a flight now - will continue to follow with interest.
