RTG has been keeping you in the dark for so long.
Ask Justine if the following rumours are true:
- Mabilo was granted a Declaration of Mine Project Feasibility (DMPF) and has not announced it to you.
- The DMPF is a major permit that is a major requirement in getting a mining license
- Mabilo has been granted a number of permits and endorsements and not announced it to you
- Partner worked hard to secure the permits
- Without Arbitration Award or judicial notice, and after using partner to secure permits, RTG unilaterally decided to boot out the partner
- The partner has already invested millions of dollars in the Mabilo and is the largest single direct investor in Mabilo.
Its only a matter of time before all the documents are made public anyway, and the dates will show exactly what RTG knew and didn’t disclose to you at the proper time
Put yourself in the partners shoes, where you are booted out unilaterally, without legal judgement and ask yourself how you would react. Wouldn’t you fight RTG tooth and nail?
That by acting in such a reckless manner, RTG has unnecessarily put the whole project at risk
