The MOU addressed the partners concerns and convinced the partner to drop his co-permittee issues
That led to the issuance of all the required endorsements, which then led to the DMPF and all the permits


March 31 Announcement --- Partner has filed for co-permittee
June 2016 --- MOA with partner signed / Co-permittee issue dropped
June (No announcement) --- DMPF issued but not announced
July (no announcement but based on MGB website) --- MPSA for Nalesbitan is issued
July 11 Announcement --- EP Renewed / ECC Issued / C0-permittee issued resolved

July 15 Announcement --- $15M Capital Raising announced
July 29 Announcement --- All open issues with partner announced
Sept 3Q MDA --- Update on Nalesbitan project fails to mention the July renewal (read fully)
Dec 2 Announcement --- Mt Labo receives legal advise that it is in best interest to rescind the MOA
(no judicial ruling - unilateral cancellation)
Jan 31 Announcement --- Galeo is reverted back to 36% JVA
Sometime after Jan 31 (no announcement) - JVA is rescinded unilaterally, no arbitration decision

Isn't the 4 major permits above enough to show that they helped with licensing and permitting?
