Not even sure what price the options will be exercisable and I believe they are long dated, so I dont think there should be any worries plus the number of shares is fairly small. I dont think many options will be given anyway. So I think with the tight capital structure the short and medium term green alert is possible. You should be looking at the potential, the products and how quick the company can make it happen, all these factors will push it along pretty quickly.
