The options are valued at 30 cents for each share you own in 3 months time. If you convert them before Sept 2004, you get another option worth 75 cents for each share converted.
That info I got it from the company letter, as I subscribed to the float.
If there are 45 million shares currently on issue, this can easily double to 90 million shares, since all the options are well in the money at this point.
