re: rtm london - huge trade/rasta broker Large raising at 6 plus free option (6 -1.7 =4.3) Last raiasing a few weeks ago at 6.5 and no free options with UK broker. No U results. PDN would be granted the licence if it is legal - same geographical location. Current price is 5.1 which is still in the money for some. I didn;t quite understand the accumulation after the licence was not granted - volume was very large between 5 and 6. It is a mystery.

If we forget about the diamonds and mineral sands, are there further thoughts on this regardingon whether this hypothetical deal would be legal? The assumption would have to be that the RTM uranium is not surface only and of commercial grade.
