A bit of vol in CDT this morning - myself included. This is my rationale.
If I play connect the dots and Earaheedy is as good as what RTR’s actions imply – increased drill programme, fast tracking of assay results and now the TH, it seems as though CDT is the nearology play.
On 9 April they pegged 65 adjoining blocks under exploration licence E69/3860. CDT’s peg also breaks up the contiguous nature of RTR/ZNC tenure - highly strategic if Earaheedy turns out to be as good as what Resources Rising Stars imply, and perhaps more importantly, a stock that you can actually trade while RTR/ZNC are in TH.
With a current MC around $8m and an EV of around $5.5m, and some other interesting projects that the company is actively progressing, CDT could be in for some fun and games that, depending on the significance of Earaheedy, could see a very significant move in the share price.
