You know the more i think about the idea that the whole board (although they are bad) gets voted out and replaced by 3 other faceless board members, the more i think it's plain silly.

For example who's going to present the trial analysis to the relevant authoraties?

Who on the new board wil be experienced enough to explain any problems that arise from the report?

What about all the contacts that have been made overseas and in australia?

Will the new board be able to communicate with them?

I mean it's not a lolly shop board they are taking over is it?
