fang ...its surprising that with such a bullish period in the global sharemarket that you havent out stripped property in the % stakes.....2005 was a blinder year for sharemarket.....my portfolio returned more than 300% but then of course i bought TOX at 3c which helped dramatically...lol have a good one ....cheers JAM
