Giving each other discounts would be the most stupid thing to do if you can claim it as R&D to get 43% rebate.
That's how it works. That's why so many bio-techs are based in AUS. They can even claim the wages for the CEOs, CTOs, CFOs and staff.
And that's why I am still convinced that either Hopper became insane or he is putting something remarkable together behind the scenes. One can't be that smart on one side and stupid on the other. Time will tell.
