Both companies could end up in very hot water if non-arms length deals are done as each board and management are answerable to their own shareholders as we all know. That’s why LC resigned from CHM. I do believe that they will keep these matters crystal clear and compliant and it’s simply that some details haven’t been put to bed or announced just yet. Just my opinion.
