Just as the bank wants to see that your cash flow covers the repayments (ie you don't need the money you're just saving time and paying the associated cost of that luxury) so too will BP only offer 'market value' when IMU can show they can either go it alone or have a partner lined up. So I think they need to continue the manufacturing pathway for a while longer. ...
