I think i have the answer iam sticking my neck out dicky...... many wont like it......... we can surely expect a couple of announcements before the AGM in Oct (if thts ture)........ and in Nov we will have CR........ fed has started easing the money we might get one more cut b4 EOY....... hence y i thinh the board must have thought abt a CR in November.......
obviously iam guessing here but I have my reasons as mentioned above.
Big question wud be if we end up having a CR at what price??????
