Keep up the great work mate, would be great to get some answers around this. I'm sure we all feel pretty misled around this subject and all the other BS statements made by management. All negotiations would no doubt be under strict confidentiality agreement so I'd say they would just hide behind that. Do we all remember BP pulling their partnership with IMU and they just hid behind the NDA. We never did find out who the NDA was for, BP or IMU. Should have seen the writing on the wall then, Hindsight is 20/20!
