Surely BP will be running the ruler over a t/o for IMU. They can still get it relatively cheaply now - if they wait until Ph2 trials are successful they will have to pay multiples more. If during the trials there are multiple complete responses then it could go nuts, so it would seem to me that a US$2-3B t/o offer now would save them billions.
