it’s very possible but depends on the level of formality of the offer - ie differentiate between a kick the tyres chat that got them absolutely nowhere and in that case isn’t required to be announced. But I will pose a contrarian view and that is that given Hopper’s commercial acuity he would try to extract much from an offer even if to announce it in order to create a ruckus to reject it. That whole gambit is an art form. Knowing he is incredibly involved gives me comfort as he has the acumen to assemble the greatest orchestra and LC with his input and supported by the entire executive team and the board and SAB/OV conducts.
