The more I think about this deal the angrier I get , I guess of particular concern is that it involves these wonderful GTP loans , this was always a super risky option in my view , a conversation we have had here previously .... But these things were sold as if there was absolutely NO problem .

I took out two personally in 2004 / 2005 for nearly 170k , I have since paid them out , they were simple applications ..and of course EVERY borrower was successful ..Congratulations ! ..But none of this mattered because the projects were well and truly going to cover the interest costs ..Right ? ..no Sorry ..Wrong .

How could you possibly " stiff " your clients selling them a dud , while pocketing plenty for yourself ..More than enough to feature prominently in the BRW rich list .Then ..as if that is NOT bad enough , take a second bite at the Cherry , becoming the debt collector of the " dud " projects you sold them into in the first place ?

Sorry , this little episode of sheer Greed ..is pushing the boundary a little too far . This is totally unacceptable ..Now something really must happen here .
