Rubbish, I think. Share price trading @.88 and MGT got the deal done backwards to @.83
In fact as others pointed out it is valuing co worse than previously announced .80 offer as we were more favorable with the MIN share price risea and fixed conversion.
I talked to myself who does the deal like this???? Mind went blank for a few secs.. then I realised it was Awe. Who else it can be..yes it's them Who just couldn't extract better value for its loyal shareholderswhen there was a bidding war going on!!!
I discarded my emotions (had none at time of selling) and sold 86% at .86 when sell the Spp allotment as it comes live tomorrow. I would have loved if BPT was able to take over the awe then I had no need to sell.
But that's how it goes in life.
