The guy in question is a serial pest. He won't back up because he can't. That's been proved well and truly over the past week.
Your summary of where we are at is bang on. Effectively we have lost 8 months because of throughput issues - now resolved.
Also, the Albion process of ultra fine grinding and oxidation is very, very lose to design. Within 10% on 6 March.
So, I'm figuring 3 of 4 circuits are now done and dusted.
It's all about that bloody shale and recovery now.
I remain confident that acceptable solutions will be found...as they have for many other CIL circuits.
