ps. it's funny you should mention the creek. Good luck in trying to open cut that.
I've asked Ian hastings, on many occasions about any mining restrictions ie. EPA approvals, access approvals, mining entry approvals with the traditional land owners etc.. no response. Because they will be his next excuses not to mine up there.
