My sentiments, also, shepo but, I'm not an economist and I know that the issue is more complex than it seems. To my mind, it's akin to casinos, gambling machines and booze. Governments have become addicted and dependent upon these things, so much so that it has now become damned near irreversible.
I'm waiting to see what Rudd will do to solve this unfair advantage the investors has over those who simply need a home.
