Rudd talks the talk, I wonder if it goes beyond that on this issue.
Last year he said he would open up Crown land, them someone said what if it hurt surrounding values....Rudd said it wouldn't. But Kevin, if you want to make housing more affordable, you need lower property prices!
Anyway the RBA is doing the job for him it seems.
