rudd behind in griffith...

I just heard on the radio that Kevin Rudd is behind in his own seat in a poll taken today...52% Bill Glasson - 48% Kevin Rudd two party preferred.

Apparently there is a further ground swell against him being he had said he would meet Bill Glasson his opponent tonight again at the Power House in Brisbane, but decided to pull out last night, but, failed to tell the organizers until mid morning this morning.
Rudd had said he would be there, the organisers had been advertising that Rudd would be there, people were lining up to attend.
Mr Rudd has decided it is better for him to appear on The Project tonight than to defend his own seat in his own electorate.

How sad if Kevin lost his own seat because he was too busy to meet people in his own electorate...
