This is great news, high housing price forces people to live on the street and leave family have no money to spend and thus affecting the economy. Why we want australians to live poorly but foreigner in another countries profiting from the ever increasing price of their investments in our country. If this keep continuing, we will have less money investing in our kids, that translate poor quality of our future generation and our country future... mums working for extra income to cover the big mortgage, that means less time for our kids that in turns more kids gone bad without supervision and this will create a lot of bad kids and social problems..
