But house and land should be reserved for those that are living in this country long term.
Sydney will still have huge problems with supply of house/land.Ive had two agents call in the last month asking if interested in selling and multiple junk mailouts from estate agents in our area wanting new stock.
The last place in our immediate area on a reasonably busy road went for above 700K.Lucky to get 550K for it 2 years ago.Houses in the quiter part of the neighbourhood now go for 850K plus from 700K 2 years ago.
There's simply not enough supply in our area.Virtually no for sale signs around at all.
