So where is the Oz. property market Black Swan lurking, the one that Prof. Keen insinuates is around, could it be in the form of the possiblity that foreigners own a lot more Oz. property than what the indusrty thinks and that they - the foreigners - will now have a desire to unload ASAP whilst prices are high ? i.e. in most cases take profits.
