just because he can.....after all he is the PM of foreign affairs....he believes he is still the PM full stop, and he will be again one day soon.... who will stop him....? there is no one in the labor party, brave enough to call his bluff... apparently there is an open cheque book as far as rudd is concerned, he can do whatever he likes..... he does not recognise the current pm, as anything more than his un-elected deputy...nothing has changed since his hiatus
