I just closed my business, partly because I was sick of being an unpaid tax collector and then, the final insult, having to pay the postage to submit the BAS!
For big business it is no problem - just give it to the accountant dedicated to that role. For small business it is a nightmare that our competitors overseas don't have.
The whole tax system in this country is beyond a joke and should be the first thing Labor reforms.
