The environment doesn't care whether the rich or the poor fit solar panels.
No one under $100k per year is going to fit them.
Thats the point.
For $2000k out of your own pocket, thats affordable. People wont pay $10-12k.
Government should be setting take up targets and have a goal of 10% of all private dwellings using green energy within 5 years.
