KEVIN Rudd is surging up the polls but he isn't proving too popular with everyone.
One local decided to take the piss out of the PM during a speech on a visit to Arnhem Land this week.
The local - in this case a K9 - took a leak in front of the podium where Kevin13 was addressing a large crowd. If you have to go, you have to go!
