A brand new PM, surely would have far more important things to put into place that this signing, in the first few hours in Office ?
Then think, would you even buy a can of Baked Beans without knowing the cost or what is inside ?
I wouldn't, so why would you
OR
why would a brand new PM only hours old ?
Welcome to the krudd way of doing business, he and goose conducted business in the same fashion in Queensland once and when that failed ran away.
