Over the next years the world will just continues turning, the normal cycles of heating and cooling of various parts of the world will just continue on as they have always done from millions of years: - without any enormous transfer of wealth to obvious scams, - without any nutty tax on productivity that enables the non-productive countries to get a cut of the gross of the productive countries for doing nothing - without algore becoming the richest conman in history and whats more, from running an obvious con - without an enormous sum of money being funneled to the corrupt agencies of the UN enriching all the cronies who can get a place on the gravy chain - without the productive and innovative capacity of humanity being artificially diverted into obvious stupidity - without the massive incentives that all countries will now have to transfer their dirty production to non-Kyoto countries like China. - when all developed economies are saddled with such a broad ,massive range of regulations, monitoring, and ongoing expenses tying their businesses to unworkable carbon goals so that no new business will ever risk the vagaries of a startup cementing the perpetual dominance of the fewer and fewer large players who have the political muscle to tilt the rules and regulations in their favor or are the few favorable targets for the inevitable wave of consolidation that must follow this wave of crazy regulation.
