I remeber Gillard and money for trains in Sydney last election. I remeber NSW labor producing glossy train development proposals for a few elections in a row and never turned a sod of soil. I have not been impressed by the BOF government, but at least they started on the train network in their first term.
Rudd can go on about frauds, but Labor's record tells the story of the real frauds. Promise things in the never/never that you never have to worry about delivering on.
