Mich I agree with you 100% about losing decent tradeable companies.
But also --Origin supplies my electricity. I don't want to be living here and paying for my electricity to a foreign company. No Way. This is basic. Water, food, electricity --they should be in this country's hands. Think longterm. Will we be the Lucky Country if outsiders have ownership?
Look at how Europe is being held to ransom by the Russians on gas for example.
