Point 2 is just plain wrong - the allegation Andrews established the Hotel Quarantine Inquiry to 'cover-up' is a smear against him and Judge Coates that has NO basis in fact.Sutton has already publicly explained how he attached no importance to one of many hundreds of emails he deals with on a daily basis.
3. Point 3 is pure speculation based on the worst case scenario interpretation of comments form lawyers Minter Ellison, matters denied by Sutton!
