The Banks keep increasing their profit margins year after year, pretty much squeezing the juice out of same number of customers. Also they pay minimal wages to their front line staff. Hope K07 takes some actions on them, instead of just talking. Same thing applies for Big retail chains. All IMO. DYOR.
