Interesting debate guys ,i tend to lean towards Jhird with the Gov funding thing for CTL in general.
But in this paticular case we may find the Gov a little more willing to fund as this project would supply power to sites like Olympic dam as well as providing bio deisel for the mining equiptment there.
Like 1851 said the SA state Gov is very keen to expand and develop and these guys ( GLX ) are position to take full advantage of that.
Just my opinion here guys
