Yes, I thought point 2, 3 and 4 really highlighted the need to allow PNG to manage their own resources to help their people. Not allowing the licences to be granted will really impact PNG's international standing and a lump sum of $100mil from us is not going to cut it. The ongoing finacial losses to PNG would be immense.
