misty, it has nothing to do with communiction problems,we knew only too well what they were up to and still are.The same result could have been achieved for half the price and we would have ended up with infrastructure that would help us if we get GFC2,instead of huge debt that will be our albotros if trouble really hits us.Nice try though,as they say a lie told often enough becomes the truth,which has become the lab catch cry.
