Why Turnbull, has he a policy?

The Howard government over taxed us to cool the economy so stands to reason the current government spend that excess of tax to heat the economy up. Pretty basic stuff here. At a loss why people do not undertand the basics. Debate perhaps on timing and/or what the spending is on. We were over taxed so my opinion it the money goes back to those Howard overcharged.

Howard started it though, using tax to control the economy, idiotic. If we were to leave it to markets to decide then we are just a tad late.
