Maybe he's made some deal with the United Stupids for them to take *all* future 'illegal' refugees heading to Oz and in return we take their masses of unwanted Mexicans and Cubans to slave in our mines and as menials, far, far from their expat enclaves in the south and on the east coast of the US.
