The Australian government committed a criminal act toward some of the people under it's care.

I think an apology is warranted.

I do not agree that governments lose accountability because they change office.

Same as a business.

James Hardie asbestos was many decades ago but Bernie Banton fought the company today. The management would have changed, the shareholders would have changed but it did not take away their responsibility for previous negligence.

I have a real problem understanding why people realy hate the fact aboriginals should get an apology. Does seem very racist to be honest.Very! No logic at all, did James Hardie shareholders all run around saying why should it be their problem, was before their time? I heard no public outcry against Bernie Banton, none at all..in fact a hero.

It is upsetting to see this side of Australia, not nice to be honest.
