rudd = vuvuzela

Rudd should be given the nickname of vuvuzela - the instrument heard at the world cup.

He shares several characterisitics with the vuvuzela, namely:
1) made of plastic
2) emits a loud, annoying monotone
3) safety hazard, one to your hearing the other to the economy
4) other people are sick of listening to it after the novelty wears off
5) it just needs to be thrown once (on)to the ground and it will be banned
