rudd wontbe blackmailed by recaltricent states

The States have neglected our Health system long enough. It is bleeding and the Federal Liberals and Tony Abbott as Health Minister did little to stop the bleeding. Recent polling indicated Australians want Federal intervention to help stop the rot. State Governments cannot be allowed to continue as they have been and Rudd is standing up to them. He will go to a referendum at the election if necessary to test the will of the people and make the States respond according to the result. Rudd IMO is on a winner here. Bracks will eventually have to cave in as people are sick and tired of the States performance in the health area.
