I think that's the point...now workers will refuse the offer of a vehicle to do work with as part of any package....the package will need to include extra cold hard cash instead to cover the car at the very least.......a millstone around the neck of a charity.
The top brass will get still get all paid for but those lower who need to range around as part of their position description will refuse because the business will hit them hard for thousands at the end of the financial year.
For instance...one could before rudd complete two visits on the way to work and possibly one on the way home...now that person will attend work by their own steam then hop a work car and travel back toward their home to make those visit before dropping the vehicle back at work.
